Spotlight Recipe![]() Steve Buscemi’s Grilled Corn & Avocado Salsa
Grill the corn over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until lightly charred (about 8–10 minutes). Let cool, then slice off the kernels. In a bowl, combine grilled corn, avocado, onion, and tomatoes. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Toss gently, season to taste, and serve chilled or at room temp with chips or as a topping for grilled meats. Steve Buscemi is one of Hollywood’s most recognizable (and refreshingly unconventional) faces. Known for standout roles in Fargo, Reservoir Dogs, and Boardwalk Empire, Buscemi’s blend of humor and intensity has made him a movie favorite. A former New York City firefighter, he returned to volunteer at his old firehouse after 9/11. Whether he’s playing a villain, misfit, or deadpan comic, Buscemi brings depth and character to every role, without ever trying to fit the mold.
